My family and my sister's family recently spent 7 days at Jordan's guest home this summer. My family flew in from Korea , my sister's family flew in from Indiana, and our mom flew in from Toronto. This was a terrific AirBnB for a whole group of people to stay in prior to a wedding. With ample space for eight people to sleep in six bedrooms, we especially enjoyed the multiple spaces to chill, the ping-pong table, and the Bluetooth speaker system as well as the overall stylish ambience. Would definitely like to stay here again.

FAQ

What is your commission fee?

Our commission fee varies depending on the rental model you choose to list with our company with. It ranges from 15% to 20%.

Can I see your booking Calendar?

We are in the process of making a homeowner portal to look at bookings and home availability in real time.

How is insurance covered and organized?

We can recommend close insurance agencies we work with in terms of home insurance. For short-term rentals we have AirCover insurance that we manage for you, and we can ask long term clients to apply for renter’s insurance if that is of concern.

How long does it take to get started?

On average it takes a week to have your home setup properly and listed on the marketing platforms we use. This average varies as we furnish and decorate most homes we work on.

What kind of properties do you take on?

We are very flexible in our properties. We are open to working with any type of home!
