1. Full Refund: Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
2. 50% Refund: If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.
3. 50% Refund for Partial Cancellation: If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.
4. No Refund: If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be issued, and they will be charged for the entire stay.
